If you're ever in need of a shining example of the self-hatred many Whites have for themselves, look no further.
In an episode of the PBS series Finding Your Roots, Black academic Henry Louis Gates Jr. reveals to CNN host Anderson Cooper that an ancestor of his owned slaves--and that same ancestor was beaten to death by one of his slaves with a farm hoe.
Cooper takes in the news with sheer glee, saying "Oh My God. That's amazing! This is incredible. I am blown away! He had 12 slaves. I don't feel bad for him."
Who knew the brutal death of an ancestor could cause such joy? More importantly, what kind of people revel in the violent deaths of ancestors? Sadly, Cooper isn't alone in sharing this pathology.
It sounds like White pathology is in serious need of a thrashing from a farm hoe, instead.
